Ms. Green began her career in business management at a leading certified public accounting firm in Los Angeles, while attending college. What started as a temporary, part-time position evolved into a permanent, full-time position within her first year of employment. She remained with that firm for nearly a decade, serving a clientele of recording artists, film/television composers, actors, writers, directors, and a host of other high net worth clients outside of the entertainment industry.
In 1997, Ms. Green transitioned from business management to personal management. She joined a client’s management firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Though her primary focus shifted to talent management, she brought her business management experience to the organization and its clients. As a personal manager, she was an integral member of a management team to major label, award winning and multi-platinum selling recording artists. While acting as personal manager for select clients, she also oversaw and coordinated many aspects for the company’s entire client roster, including budgeting, scheduling, promotions, publicity, artwork, etc. It was her time as a personal manager and on the road that would ignite her future approach to client services.
